Update: There's some mixed news about VR sets potentially not working with 32-bit apps. Valve Index is definitely one. Oculus and WMR are good. Some evidence Pimax works, I've updated the app to work better with wide display's like Pimax's in case. I only have an HP Reverb G2 on PC, so I'm lucky to have got some help with tests from a Microsoft employee, since they helped figure out the problem and were interested in trying different sets in 32-bit apps afterward.

In other news, I've added a disabled do_hide_company_title_on_startup field to the Ex.ini file that can start the game faster, like if you just want to run tests quickly. And I fixed the last upload's INI file that was set to stereo=1 so that VR has to be turned on with F2 again.
