120hz + computer-generated shadows

I haven't updated in a while. Sorry. This update runs at twice the frame rate (120fps) from previous and should be more regular. This was accomplished by upgrading the compiler from MSVC2010 to 2019 and building in Release Mode. I also tried enabling optimization but there were too many obvious mistakes in Microsoft's optimizer.
Also there's a preview of shadows that match the shape of monsters and NPCs. Right now they're not animated, but they still look better. Note the original PS1 KFII game didn't have these kinds of shadows but Sword of Moonlight does.
There's also a cool wind sound effect when you run and fall now!
