News: Frame rate tip and PC VR news

Update/edit: The information described in this post is now found here (https://swordofmoonlight.itch.io/k/devlog/414885/install-instructions) because I changed from pure download to donation+download, and so you can only see them after paying/not-paying on the post-download page.

I recently added a section that includes the following registry/regedit tweak. Now sometime later I noticed the original values for the 2 "Priority" settings are more commonly set to 8 and 6 instead of the advice I got from the site I found that had recommended 1. So please if anyone acted on this, consider changing it away from 1:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile\Tasks\Games]
"Scheduling Category"="High"
"SFIO Priority"="High"
"Background Only"="False"
"Priority"=dword:00000006
"Clock Rate"=dword:00002710
"GPU Priority"=dword:00000008
"Affinity"=dword:00000000

The main thing you need is "High". But my new system still drops down to 30 fps for 1 frame (or 2) at 60 fps on occasion, and this is just not acceptable with "vsync" (which you want to have) and I don't know a way to prevent this beyond the usual tips to tame Windows for games. I'm still trying to get my new system under control in this regard.

Also promised in the headline is PC VR news. For the record, I do have this working pretty well, but it will be a while until I can publish it, and I may combine it into the new demo later in the year, which will be focused on rounding out the second zone, where I couldn't manage completing it before with respect to animations and sound effects and some other details.

Sorry about the bad registry advice thing. I hope the VR news makes up for it. Also, please only expect to have the head set working in future VR demos. I don't even know what to do with VR type controllers.
